Cancellations and Refunds

If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, you may do so provided that the medication has not yet been dispensed. In this situation, a full refund will be issued. To request this, please contact us at info@glowslimclinic.co.uk with your order number and delivery address.

Once a prescription has been reviewed, prepared, and labelled by the pharmacy, it cannot be reused or returned to stock. At that point, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is a legal requirement for prescription-only medicines.

If your order has already been dispensed and delivered, it cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. Because orders may be processed on the same day they are placed, please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make changes or request cancellation.

Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method. While most refunds are processed quickly, in some cases your bank may take up to ten working days to show the funds.

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange the correct replacement if appropriate.

If your medication or injection device appears damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to return the unused product so the pharmacy or manufacturer can investigate. Please do not return any products unless we specifically ask you to. Prescription medicines that are sent back without our request must be destroyed by law and cannot be refunded.

Do not throw away medication yourself. If there is a problem, contact us so we can give you safe instructions. Refunds or replacements can only be provided if the issue is reported promptly and confirmed.
