Welcome to GlowSlim Clinic. These Terms and Conditions explain how orders are placed, processed, and delivered, and set out our policies on refunds, faulty products, and delivery issues. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to follow these terms.
Ordering and Agreement
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase a treatment. An order only becomes confirmed once it has been checked and approved by one of our prescribers and dispatched from our partner pharmacy. Until that point, we may need to decline or cancel your request. If this happens, your payment will be refunded in full.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately after placing it. Once your prescription has been prepared and labelled by the pharmacy, it cannot be reused for another patient. At that stage, your order is no longer refundable or returnable. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method and usually appear within a few days, although in some cases it may take longer depending on your bank.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your medication or injection device appears faulty or damaged, let us know as soon as possible after delivery. In some cases, we may ask you to return the unused item using a tracked service so that the pharmacy or manufacturer can investigate. If confirmed faulty, you will be offered a replacement or a refund. Please do not send anything back unless we ask you to.
Effectiveness and Side Effects
GlowSlim Clinic supplies licensed medications that are dispensed in the UK. However, we do not manufacture these products ourselves. Different people respond differently to treatment. Some may not achieve the level of weight loss they expect, and side effects are possible. Because of this, refunds cannot be given if the results are not what you hoped for or if you experience side effects. We strongly recommend that you read the patient information leaflet before starting any treatment.
Delivery and Collection
All weight loss injections and medications are packaged in temperature-controlled packaging and sent using tracked courier services. Deliveries require a signature on arrival, so please make sure someone is available to receive your order. If delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to the pharmacy, prescription items must be destroyed by law. In these situations, we cannot issue a refund or resend the product.
