Cold-Chain Protection
All weight loss injections and medications are dispensed directly from a licensed UK pharmacy. Every order is carefully packaged with insulated materials and ice gel packs to keep your treatment within 2°C and 8°C for at least 48 hours, even though couriers do not use refrigerated vans.
Dispatch & Processing Times
• Once your prescription is approved, orders are normally dispatched within one working day.
• Most patients receive their order the next working day after dispatch.
• Northern Ireland and Channel Islands deliveries may take up to two working days.
• Please note that delays caused by couriers are sometimes outside our control.
Delivery Services & Costs
• UK Mainland: Price not confirmed £9.90 (next-day tracked)
We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. You will receive full tracking details by email or SMS as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Receiving Your Order
• A signature is required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
• If delivery is missed and returned to the pharmacy, prescription items must legally be destroyed and cannot be reused or refunded.
Returns Policy
Due to UK regulations, pharmacies cannot reuse or resupply prescription medicines once they leave the premises. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or re-send products that are returned due to missed deliveries or incorrect addresses.
Missing or Delayed Orders
• If your order has not arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us promptly.
• If the courier confirms the parcel has been lost, you may choose either a replacement or full refund.
• If delivery failed due to an incorrect address or no one being available, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
Cold-Chain Concerns
If your delivery is delayed and the cold-chain may have been affected, the items must be returned to the pharmacy for safe disposal before a replacement or refund can be arranged. Please do not discard the medication yourself.
Delivery Disputes
If a parcel is shown as “delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us on the same day. We will raise an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 6 working days. Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the courier’s investigation is complete. To avoid gaps in treatment, we recommend placing another order while the case is being reviewed.
